Domains

The domains we cover

AEGIS-Qᴴ fuses many domains of risk into a single, human-verified operating picture. Each is collected in the open, confirmed by people on the ground, and delivered as decision confidence. Choose a domain to see how we work in it.

Geopolitical

Reading how states behave, before it lands

We watch the movements of states and the tensions between them, and turn a flood of open reporting into a verified read on posture and observed intent.

Automated discovery runs across open sources in many languages. A regional advisor on the ground confirms or contradicts what the machine surfaced, so an election, a protest, or a border build-up becomes a defensible assessment rather than a headline. The result is early, contextual, and auditable.

What we watch

  • Elections, transitions, and leadership change
  • Civil unrest, protests, and instability indicators
  • Border tensions and territorial disputes
  • Sanctions actions and diplomatic realignments
  • Alliance shifts and treaty movements
How it reaches you. Collected in the open, confirmed by ground truth, passed through the human gates, and delivered as a posture read with a confidence score and a recommended action.

What we watch

  • Deployments, exercises, and mobilizations
  • Observable maritime and air activity
  • Logistics surges and equipment movement
  • Base activity and infrastructure works
  • Force posture visible in the open
Where we draw the line. We report what is publicly observable. We do not target, and we do not collect classified or non-public planning. We read what is visible, faster and in context.
Military

Observable force activity, in context

We track the activity that armies, navies, and air forces conduct in the open, and confirm it on the ground, so a movement is understood before it becomes a surprise.

Satellite-era open sources show a great deal: exercises, call-ups, convoys, port and airfield activity. We fuse those signals, weigh them against a vetted observer's account, and deliver a calibrated read. This is decision support and situational awareness, never targeting.

Geophysical

When the earth moves, know what it touches

We fuse live geophysical feeds with on-the-ground confirmation and translate them into operational impact: which people, assets, ports, and routes are exposed, and what to do next.

Earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, wildfires, and severe weather are reported quickly by open scientific networks. We add the layer those feeds lack: a person nearby who can tell you whether the port is actually closed, the road actually cut, the hospital actually reachable.

What we watch

  • Seismic events and aftershock sequences
  • Volcanic activity and ashfall
  • Floods, storms, and severe weather
  • Wildfires and their spread
  • Infrastructure and supply disruption
How it reaches you. Live signal plus ground truth, delivered as an impact assessment and early warning tied to the assets and routes you care about.

What we watch

  • Emerging pathogens and novel variants
  • Outbreak signals and unusual clusters
  • Dual-use research disclosures
  • Public-health anomalies and advisories
  • Pharmaceutical and supply disruption
Led by expertise. Our bio-threat work is guided by a VP of Bio Intelligence with a doctorate in epidemiology and national biosurveillance experience. Signal is read by subject-matter experts, not just algorithms.
Biological

Bio-threat intelligence, as early warning

Open-source biosurveillance for the civilian world. We monitor the earliest public signals of biological risk and deliver them as decision-grade intelligence, not raw feeds.

The hospital network, the insurer, the manufacturer, and the government all face the same question when a signal appears: is this real, and does it reach me? We watch outbreak signals, dual-use disclosures, and public-health anomalies, verify them, and deliver early, defensible warning.

Cyber

Threats and manipulation in the open

Open-source cyber and information-threat intelligence. We track what threat actors do in the open and how information is manipulated, correlated in one entity graph and confirmed before it informs a decision.

Much of the cyber and influence threat is visible: breach disclosures, actor campaigns, exposed infrastructure, and coordinated misinformation. We connect those signals to the sovereigns, companies, and people behind them, and flag manipulation designed to be mistaken for fact.

What we watch

  • Breach and leak disclosures
  • Threat-actor campaigns and tradecraft
  • Influence and disinformation operations
  • Exposed infrastructure and digital anomalies
  • Coordinated inauthentic activity
How it reaches you. Correlated in the entity graph, verified through the human gates, and delivered as a cyber posture read with misinformation alerts.

What we watch

  • Market stress and volatility shocks
  • Currency and commodity moves
  • Sanctions exposure and enforcement
  • Counterparty and supply-chain risk
  • Financial-crime and integrity signals
Decision, not just data. We fuse live market signal with ground truth and deliver a stress read and an exposure map, so you can act on confidence rather than a raw alert.
Financial

Economic risk, seen early

We watch financial and economic risk in the open, from market stress to sanctions and supply-chain exposure, and turn it into decision confidence for the institutions carrying that risk.

A pension fund, a bank, or a manufacturer is exposed to counterparties and supply chains it cannot fully see. We fuse live market data with human ground truth, flag stress and sanctions exposure early, and map where it actually touches you.

Maritime

Eyes on the sea lanes and the ports

We fuse live maritime feeds with people at the quayside, so a port slowdown, a diverted convoy, or a vessel behaving strangely becomes a confirmed read, not a guess.

Shipping and chokepoint activity is heavily reported in the open, but a feed cannot tell you whether a ship is held, worked, or simply queued. A vetted observer at the port can.

What we watch

  • Chokepoint and canal transit
  • Port throughput and congestion
  • Dark or spoofing vessels
  • Illicit ship-to-ship transfers
  • Strandings, blockages, and closures
How it reaches you. Live vessel and port signal plus ground truth, delivered as a maritime risk read tied to the routes and ports you depend on.

What we watch

  • Grid and power disruption
  • Pipeline and refinery incidents
  • Undersea cable and telecom risk
  • Port, water, and utility outages
  • Physical and cyber threats to infrastructure
How it reaches you. An infrastructure impact read, verified on the ground, tied to the specific assets and dependencies you care about.
Energy and Critical Infrastructure

Protecting the systems economies run on

We watch the grids, pipelines, ports, cables, and utilities that everything else depends on, across physical, cyber, and geopolitical risk, and confirm disruptions on the ground.

Outages, sabotage, and supply interruptions surface quickly in open reporting, but the operational question is always whether an asset or route is actually affected. Our people answer it.

Economic, Trade and Supply Chain

Where the goods, and the risk, actually flow

We track trade flows, export controls, commodities, and supplier exposure, and confirm the disruptions a spreadsheet cannot see.

A supplier stoppage, a border delay, or a commodity squeeze is often visible on the ground before it appears in the numbers. We watch both, and reconcile them.

What we watch

  • Trade and shipping-lane disruption
  • Export controls and tariffs
  • Commodity and critical-mineral supply
  • Supplier and counterparty exposure
  • Border and customs delays
How it reaches you. A supply-chain and economic exposure read that maps where a disruption actually touches your operations.

What we watch

  • Disinformation and narrative campaigns
  • Coordinated inauthentic activity
  • Deepfakes and manipulated media
  • Market and reputational manipulation
  • Election and crisis influence
How it reaches you. A read on what is authentic and what is engineered, so you do not act on a signal that was planted.
Information and Influence

Manipulation designed to be mistaken for fact

We track how information is manipulated in the open: coordinated campaigns, inauthentic activity, and narratives engineered to move decisions and markets.

Influence operations are visible if you know how to see them. We connect the accounts, narratives, and timing, and flag manipulation before it is mistaken for organic signal.

Space

Activity above the horizon, in the open

We monitor observable space activity, from launches and satellite operations to space weather and counter-space indicators, all from open sources.

Space is increasingly consequential and increasingly reported. We fuse those signals and, where it matters, confirm the downstream effects on the ground.

What we watch

  • Launches and orbital activity
  • Satellite operations and outages
  • Space weather and its effects
  • Counter-space and jamming indicators
  • Launch-site and range activity
How it reaches you. A space-domain read tied to the services and systems your mission depends on.

What we watch

  • Drought, flood, and crop conditions
  • Grain and fertilizer flows
  • Water and resource scarcity
  • Food price and shortage signals
  • Climate-driven displacement risk
How it reaches you. An early-warning read on environmental and food stress, tied to the regions and supply lines you rely on.
Environmental and Food Security

The slow crises that become fast ones

We watch drought, crop failure, resource scarcity, and the food and water stresses that drive instability, and confirm conditions with people on the ground.

Environmental stress is a leading indicator of unrest, migration, and price shocks. Reading it early, and verifying it locally, buys decision time.

Migration and Human Security

Movements of people, seen early

We track displacement, border movements, and human-security pressures from open sources, confirmed by observers where they occur.

Population movements are visible well before they reach a border or a headline. We read the pre-indicators and verify them, without ever collecting private data on individuals.

What we watch

  • Displacement and refugee movement
  • Border-crossing pressure
  • Humanitarian access and conditions
  • Trafficking and exploitation indicators
  • Camp and shelter conditions
How it reaches you. A human-security read that respects privacy, built on observable movement and public conditions, never personal data.

What we watch

  • Sanctions evasion and circumvention
  • Shell and front-company networks
  • Beneficial-ownership changes
  • Threat and terror finance indicators
  • Counterparty and KYC exposure
How it reaches you. A financial-integrity read, from public and open records, that shows where sanctions and illicit-finance risk touches you.
Illicit Finance and Sanctions

Following the money in the open

We surface sanctions evasion, money-laundering typologies, and threat-finance indicators, correlated in an entity graph across sovereigns, companies, and people.

Much of illicit finance leaves an open trail: shell networks, ownership changes, front companies, and sanctioned-entity ties. We map it and flag exposure before it becomes your liability.

Counter-terrorism and Public Safety

Threat indicators, before the event

We watch the open indicators of terrorism, organized crime, and public-safety threats, and confirm conditions around the places and events you must protect.

Threat activity often shows observable pre-indicators. We read them, verify them, and never cross into non-public intent or protected information.

What we watch

  • Terrorism and extremist indicators
  • Organized-crime activity
  • Major-event and venue security
  • Civil-security and unrest risk
  • Facility and personnel threat conditions
How it reaches you. A public-safety read from open indicators, verified on the ground, to inform protection decisions, never targeting.

What we watch

  • Semiconductor and chip supply
  • Dual-use technology transfer
  • AI and quantum program activity
  • Export-control and proliferation risk
  • Research and partnership exposure
How it reaches you. A technology-and-proliferation read tied to allied advantage and your own exposure, from open sources.
Technology and Proliferation

Where dual-use technology moves

We monitor the diffusion of dual-use and strategic technology, from semiconductors to allied AI and quantum programs, in the open.

Technology transfer and proliferation are increasingly visible through procurement, disclosures, and partnerships. We track the flows and flag the risks that matter to allied advantage.

One picture

Every domain, fused and verified

The power is not any single domain. It is the fusion: the same finding weighed across geopolitics, force activity, the physical world, biology, the information space, and the markets, then confirmed by a person and signed off by a senior analyst before it reaches you.
