Ground Truth

The human ground-truth layer

For allied governments and regulated enterprises that cannot afford to act on a false signal, AEGIS-Qᴴ confirms or contradicts every automated alert with vetted human ground truth, in minutes, in one console.

Ground truth, not secrets

A reading of what anyone could lawfully see

What we offer is ground truth from open observation: a vetted person reporting what anyone standing there could lawfully see.

A port filling. A crowd forming. Smoke on a horizon. A convoy on a road. Fuel queues lengthening, shops shuttering, a usually busy terminal gone quiet. This is open-source collection. It is legal, it is valuable, and it is the heart of what we deliver.

What we do not offer, and never describe ourselves as offering, is access to anyone's private plans, secret intentions, or protected information. That is the work of sovereign services, and we leave it to them. The value we sell is decision confidence, not secrets: ground truth that confirms or contradicts an automated alert before you act on it.

The difference between an alert and a decision. Every automated platform fuses feeds. Not one of them can put a vetted person where an event is and have them report what is openly visible in the moment it matters. That human layer is the one thing a purely automated platform cannot contain.
Four pillars

Every promise, backed by proof

Each pillar is a promise, and each promise is backed by something a skeptical buyer can inspect.

Ground truth

The layer no feed can replicate

Vetted people, in every region, reporting what is publicly visible. Every incumbent, however deep its data, is a machine that fuses feeds. Only a person on the ground can confirm what is openly visible now.

Cross-verified

Human and machine in one picture

Every report is rated for reliability and credibility on a recognized scale and checked against the automated layers. Two human gates bracket the engine. A single uncorroborated report is flagged, not published.

Decision confidence

Not another feed

An alert you can act on, or stop, because it has been confirmed on the ground. The output is a confidence score, a coverage envelope, and a recommended action, not raw data to interpret.

Allied, compliance-first

Built for sovereignty

Allied-only, open-source by design, with a duty of care that protects the people who report to us. Civilian, open-source-grade confirmation that complements a sovereign service rather than replacing it.

In practice

Observable, and only observable

Every claim is anchored to something a person could lawfully stand somewhere and see, and photograph.

01

A move forming

Vetted regional observers report the publicly visible pre-indicators of a move: fuel queues, mobilizing reservists, shops shuttering. You act on open signs earlier than a wire service would carry them.

02

A port

A vetted observer at a port reports what is openly visible, whether ships are being held, worked, or simply queued, cross-checked against the automated layers before you act.

03

A health signal

Our biosurveillance layer confirms an outbreak signal with observable indicators: clinic and hospital load, pharmacy stockouts, absenteeism, funeral activity, quarantine signage. Never private medical records. Defensive early warning from open sources.

Diligence, answered

The questions a serious buyer asks first

The discipline that makes a human layer sellable rather than scary. We raise these before you do.

Verification
Every human report is rated for source reliability and cross-checked against the automated layers before it informs a decision, so no single report, and no deception feed, can move an outcome on its own.
Source safety
Identities are compartmented and protected. Our people report what is openly observable, which lowers their exposure, and a duty of care to them is a design requirement, not an afterthought.
Legality
We collect publicly observable information only, structured to be lawful in the jurisdictions an engagement touches. We never task anyone against non-public intent, planning, or protected information.
Deconfliction
We are a commercial, open-source confirmation layer, not a collector competing with your service. Tell us what is sensitive and we stand off; where our reading and yours meet, we confirm the signal.

"Automated fusion, plus vetted human ground truth, cross-verified in one console. Human-in-the-loop review exists elsewhere. The combination is ours."
